Sidoarjo | Updatenewstv- Memasuki musim mudik Lebaran Idul Fitri 2024, Polda Jawa Timur dan Satresnarkoba Polresta Sidoarjo lakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan dan tes urine bagi kru bus terdiri dari sopir dan kondektur di Terminal Purabaya, Bungurasih, Sidoarjo Jawa Timur, Kamis (04/04/2024).
Kapolresta Sidoarjo Kombes Pol. Christian Tobing mengatakan tes urine untuk para sopir Bus ini dilakukan secara acak. Nantinya juga akan terlaksana di waktu lain secara mendadak.
Dari tes urine yang sudah berjalan, belum ada hasil positif. Bila nanti ada yang positif akan diperiksa lebih lanjut dan koordinasi dengan PO bus agar yang bersangkutan tidak diijinkan mengendarai bus dulu,” ujar Kombes Pol. Christian Tobing.
Kombes Pol. Christian Tobing menjelaskan upaya pemeriksaan kesehatan dan tes urine kru bus di Terminal Purabaya tersebut, bertujuan untuk memberikan rasa nyaman, aman dan kelancaran arus mudik serta balik lebaran tahun ini.
Sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya faktor laka lantas, akibat kelalaian sopir bus dalam penggunaan atau penyalahgunaan narkoba atau obat-obatan terlarang.
Adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan kondisi kru bus selalu terpantau sehat, dan penumpang pun aman dan merasa nyaman,” pungkasnya.
